Do you have ambitions and willingness to learn? IT Relation offers you a strong foundation for your future career path! As an IT Support and Data Technician apprentice, you will typically start your education in Clients. The tasks are wide-ranging, so you should be committed to delivering great customer service and finding the right solutions for our customers’ IT challenges.
As a Data Technician apprentice, you will move on to one of our other departments after your time in Clients. This could be Consulting Services, Global Operations, or Network. Read more about the different departments here.
Closer to Colleagues
You will be part of a large network of IT Relation apprentices, currently totaling more than 30. Clients has more than 130 colleagues across all our locations in Denmark, the Czech Republic, and the Philippines. Together they support thousands of customers and their IT solutions in all industries – 24/7/365.

Supporter - APPRENTICE
A warm welcome
From your first day, you will receive a thorough onboarding. Depending on when you start, you will be part of the joint onboarding for all apprentices, which has taken place at our Herning office over the past few years. The joint onboarding includes an introduction to IT Relation including our culture, different systems, IT-security, communication training and an introduction to personal profiles.
The introduction to personal profiles gives you an insight into the different types of profiles and how you can use this knowledge in your everyday life to build good relations – both among colleagues and customers.
The joint onboarding typically takes place over 3-4 days, where you will be accommodated in a hotel in Herning, if needed. One of the evenings will focus on team building, inviting the apprentices out of the office for an activity followed by a communal dinner.
After the onboarding, you will return to your own department where you will continue your training with hands-on experience of the systems, processes, and procedures you were introduced to during the first week. Here you will meet the Buddy assigned to you. Your Buddy will help you with any unanswered questions along the way – practical, professional, and social. Your Buddy will also take you to breaks, give you an insight into the corporate and office culture etc.
In general, we recruit IT Supporters or Data Technicians twice a year. The first team of apprentices will be recruited to start at the beginning of February, and the second team will be recruited to start at the beginning of August. The recruitment process begins 2-3 months before start-up.

As an apprentice in IT Relation, you are:
- Studying to become an IT Supporter or Data Technician and have completed the basic course
- Stable and motivated to deliver optimal IT-solutions to our customers
- Service-minded and successful in your contact with customers
- Structured and take pride in helping the customer completely to their goal
- A team player with a solution-oriented approach to your tasks
- Fluent in Danish and English – both written and spoken (we support customers worldwide)
As we serve our customers 24/7/365, you must be prepared to work at days, evenings, nights, and weekends in 8-hour shifts.
