Delivery comprises consultants, project managers and specialists in user administration and implementation of IT services, all of whom are passionate about supporting and strengthening our customers’ business. For them, technical IT challenges drive them in their ambition to help customers as well as colleagues.

Delivery employs 140 people in four departments: Consulting Services, Transition and Project & Portfolio Management. The departments cooperate closely across locations in Denmark, the Czech Republic, and the Philippines.

Consulting Services with talented generalists and specialists

In Consulting Services, we handle Service Requests, customer inquiries and small projects across different technologies such as Azure, server set-ups and changes, Microsoft 365, security etc. We do everything from migrations to Exchange Online to set-up, consulting, and sparring for new customer set-ups.

Customer Center is part of Consulting Services whose primary task is to handle customer inquiries and connect the customer’s task to the right people in the organization.   

Close customer dialogue and technical know-how

Solving our customers’ challenges and delivering the very best service are our main drivers. We strengthen the relation with the customer by engaging in dialogue and consulting with them directly, so we need to be great communicators as well as technicians. We have employees who are technically skilled generalists and others who are specialists in areas such as Azure, IBM, Exchange, Teams, etc.

As part of the IT Relation support function, we work closely with Clients, Project & Portfolio Management, Global Operations, and Transition, but interface with many departments within IT Relation. We are a large department with more than 70 employees, spread across all our locations in Denmark.

Transition - At eye level with the customer

In Transition, we handle a wide range of tasks within user management, provisioning, automation, quality assurance, client operations. We also write knowledge articles and client-specific process descriptions.

Furthermore, our Implementation Team ensures that both new and existing customers are transitioned and migrated into the IT Relation’s hosting environment or Public Cloud, such as Microsoft Azure, depending on what provides the best solution for the customer.

Cross-collaboration boosts performance

To solve tasks in the best possible way and deliver excellent customer service, we work closely together across departments. For example, we cooperate with Global Operations for commissioning of assets with monitoring and back-up. We are more than 85 employees based in Denmark, the Czech Republic, and the Philippines, and enjoy great cooperation across the locations. We are an agile and flexible workplace, which means that working from home is a big part of our everyday life.


Time for a break

A great social community is as much a priority as professional development. Every month we organize ‘Funny Thursday’, where a selected team is responsible for entertaining the rest for 45 minutes. We consider it a ‘break’ that ensures renewed energy and fun among colleagues.

Project & Portfolio Management ensures successful deliveries

We are responsible for seeing all projects through to completion. This involves the management, implementation, and execution of IT projects. We ensure that project deliverables are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline, and we drive project progress and change management.

As an employee in Project & Portfolio Management, you will ensure that your projects are delivered on time and in high quality through professional and structured project management. As a project manager, you need to have a general IT understanding and the role as a coordinating leader comes naturally to you. We always strive for high customer satisfaction and each customer project is handled professionally and carefully.

Close cooperation across departments

We work closely with the Customer Center to ensure success for the customer. We also work closely with IT Relation’s other departments, depending on the specific task. Today, we have 18 employees across locations in Aarhus, Herning, and Copenhagen.


Varied working day with great colleagues

We have an informal working environment with great collegial support. We have lots of exciting and challenging tasks and a varied working day, but we always have room for laughs. We empower each other and are always up for new challenges.
