Consulting Services with talented generalists and specialists add
As IT consultants, we handle service requests, customer enquiries and projects across various technologies. We provide our customers with a competent team, whether it is migration to Exchange Online or setting up and consulting on new customer set-ups. We ensure high-quality customer service by having both technically skilled generalists and specialists within a given area of expertise such as Azure, Microsoft 365, Citrix, Exchange, etc.
Customer Center is part of Consulting Services whose primary task is to handle customer inquiries and connect the customer’s task to the right people in the organization. We assess task requirements and the customer's expectations, ensuring a continuous follow up on ongoing tasks in our consultancy business.
Cloud Powerhouse – a highly certified team add
We are the customer's trusted advisor, advising on cloud strategy, processes, and exciting new solutions. We are a highly skilled team with a strong team spirit, working on projects of a complexity and scale that you won't find anywhere else.
Project & Portfolio Management ensures successful deliveries add
We are responsible for seeing all projects through to completion. This involves the management, implementation, and execution of IT projects. We ensure that project deliverables are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline while driving project progress. Through professional and structured project management, we ensure that projects are delivered on time and in high quality. As a project manager, you need to have a general IT understanding and the role as a coordinating leader comes naturally to you. Working with us involves plenty of exciting and challenging tasks, and there is always room for laughs.
