Consulting Services with talented generalists and specialists
In Consulting Services, we handle Service Requests, customer inquiries and small projects across different technologies such as Azure, server set-ups and changes, Microsoft 365, security etc. We do everything from migrations to Exchange Online to set-up, consulting, and sparring for new customer set-ups.
Customer Center is part of Consulting Services whose primary task is to handle customer inquiries and connect the customer’s task to the right people in the organization.
Close customer dialogue and technical know-how
Solving our customers’ challenges and delivering the very best service are our main drivers. We strengthen the relation with the customer by engaging in dialogue and consulting with them directly, so we need to be great communicators as well as technicians. We have employees who are technically skilled generalists and others who are specialists in areas such as Azure, IBM, Exchange, Teams, etc.
As part of the IT Relation support function, we work closely with Clients, Project & Portfolio Management, Global Operations, and Transition, but interface with many departments within IT Relation. We are a large department with more than 70 employees, spread across all our locations in Denmark.
