Personal data and what we use them for

When you contact us via the contact form at itrelation.dk, we process your name and your e-mail address.

In addition, we also request in some cases your company name, your role in the company, the number of employees in the company and your phone number. This information helps us acquire a better knowledge of you, so we can help you and your business as quickly as possible. 

The legal basis for our collection/storage/processing of personal data is General Data Protection Regulation article 6, section 1(b) and (f).


How long do we store your data?

Your personal data will be stored for 24 months before they are deleted from IT Relation's database.


Disclosure

We do not disclose your data to 3rd parties.


Transfer of data to third countries 

Your data is not transferred to countries outside the EU and EEA.


Your rights

You have the right to gain access to the data we process about you etc.

You have the right to have any inaccurate data we store about you erased, see General Data Protection Regulation article 16.

You have the right to have data stored by us or our data processor erased (in the event we have shared data with such), see General Data Protection Regulation article 17. You can exercise this right by contacting us via the email address indicated above.

You have the right to limit our processing of data about you, see General Data Protection Regulation article 18.

In some cases you have the right to object to our processing of your personal data, see General Data Protection Regulation article 21. You can also object to processing of your data for direct marketing purposes.

You have the right to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency about our processing of your personal data.
