7. Use of personal data
Personal data is never shared with third parties unless you expressly consent to this and we never collect personal data unless you yourself have provided this data via forms on the website.
Contact regarding personal data
If you wish to view the data that IT Relation has registered about you, you should contact info@itrelation.dk or phone +45 70 26 29 88. If incorrect data has been registered or if you have other objections you should contact the same office as above. You have the option to view the data on you that has been registered and you may object to a registration in accordance with data protection legislation.
Protection of personal data
Under the Processing of Personal Data Act, your personal data must be stored securely and confidentially. We store your personal data on computers with limited access and which are located in monitored facilities. However, we cannot guarantee 100% security when transferring data via the internet. This means that there can be a risk that other parties may force unauthorised access to data when these are sent and stored electronically. You thus provide your personal data at your own risk.
The rapid development of the internet means that changes to our processing of personal data may be necessary. We retain therefore the right to update and amend these guidelines on the processing of personal data. If we do this, we will of course adjust the date for “last updated” at the bottom of the page. In the case of significant changes, we will inform you by way of a visible announcement on our websites.
To the extent data about you is processed you are, in accordance with data protection legislation, entitled to be informed about which personal data can be identified with you. If the data or information on you that is processed are incorrect or misleading you are entitled to demand these be corrected, deleted or blocked. You may at any time object to the data on you being subject to processing. You may also withdraw your consent at any time. You have the option of complaining about the processing of information and data about you. Complaints should be submitted to the Danish Data Protection Agency, see the Processing of Personal Data Act, section 58, para. 1.
