IT Relation’s preparedness regarding the COVID-19 outbreak
We are all in a special situation, and at IT Relation, we are more than ready to support you as a customer. We take every precaution regarding both our business partners and employees – as we are sure you do. In other words, we follow the government’s guidelines and recommendations for minimizing the spreading of COVID-19.
Service and support 24/7
We will uphold the same service level as usual, but there might be a need for prioritizing incoming tasks – we are doing our best and evaluating your request from hour to hour. We will, as always, solve a wide variety of tasks by remote, and we will focus further on that now.
We would like to encourage you to inform your organization that we prioritize those cases the highest, where employees do not have access to vital systems – and other critical cases.
Increased need for home workplaces
Similarly, IT Relation has a strong setup and we are ready to help you with home offices with both securing the right capacities for connectivity (VPN, Remote Desktop, Citrix etc.), and the need for supplementing IT equipment for employees.
