Status of COVID-19 precautions at IT Relation

Society is slowly reopening and with this update we will describe the status at IT Relation.
Opening of locations
Since May, we have been reopening our offices. Of course, we take all precautions recommended by the health authorities to keep our employees and guests safe in our offices. Currently, we work with approx. 50 % workforce at our locations, but will, of course, increase this as society is being reopened.
Service and support 24/7
Our service desk has worked as normal during the quarantine – even though our employees have worked from home. We maintain the same service level as usual, and we are doing our utmost to respond to all requests as fast as possible.
New opportunities and learning
We can learn a lot from the Corona crisis. A lot of us have been forced to work in new ways and we should remember the positive parts. This is what we will do at IT Relation.
We will probably experience a weekday, where working from home will be more common. For many, the need to be physically present in the office every day is no longer a necessity. To help everyone working from home, we have created Remote Academy with tips, guides, links, videos and advice (in Danish) for working from home with a high level of motivation, energy and efficiency.
